Question Have a Question about "Max Input Time"

Under manage System Tab, It tells you the Max Input time..
and I see that the Max Upload size is 128mb, Which is my Servers Limit
max imput time says = 60 seconds
But, I know that i can upload something that takes longer to upload then 60 second
I have alot of users, Not at Url Specified, that will be uploading files that are 110mb-120mb, which will take Longer then 60 Seconds
Did you guys set this Limit? Because my attachments are allowed to host these Downloads at 110mb-120mb No problem (its not Server Restrictions)

The max input type is not the time it takes to upload, it's the max time your server can use to process what you are uploading.
It's an out of box setting in php, nothing that we've modified.
