Question Duplicate category names

We have several subcategories which have the same name.

Example:
Category 1
- Software
- Instructions
- Other
Category 2
- Software
- Instructions
- Other

Now, however, tells us vbDownloads always when trying to create Instructions or Other:

The Kategorie: 'Instructions ' already exists.

How do we get it solved we get created this sub?

Initially, vBDownloads was not designed with sub-categories and tree views in mind, which would have meant that duplicate category names would be terribly confusing for end-users.

I've made a change to /dbtech/downloads/includes/class_dm_category.php to remove this restriction , so you can re-download and re-upload the latest version to see the change

The problem is solved so wonderful.

Maybe as an option in the ACP to take in one of the next versions?
Thus, the admin can enable engage or disengage it if necessary.
