Hi, i'm having a small issue with your vBDownloads (Lite) version 2.02
When i try to download any file i've uploaded, it says 0byte instead of the file's size.
Its a fresh install and the downloads directory its outside the public_html.

Hi there,

Your site is actually listed on our piracy tracker as having an illegal version of vBDownloads - we checked manually and there are indeed unlicensed pro files for vBDownloads on your server.

Please remove any stolen DBTech files from your server.

For obvious reasons, we do not provide support to people who steal our products.

Regards,

I have unistalled and removed all the pirated products and reinstalled. the lite product from the customer area.

You need to increase your PHP memory limit to at least twice that of your biggest file :)

As written in the forum already vbulletin.org I have the same problem.
The problem I have with 2 installations.

Rights of the files are set to test 777 times but no success.

About other solutions I would be very happy.

I have set the memory limit variable to 2000M (2gb) still 0byte when i try to download any file i have uploaded.
Could you please create and PM me with a temporary FTP and AdminCP account?

For security reasons, we recommend you create a new FTP account only for DBTech support, then disable or delete it after we have both confirmed the issue has been solved and there are no further issues.

The same applies to AdminCP accounts; they should ideally be temporary accounts created for us only. If we have created an account on your site already, you can optionally boost that account to Administrator and then de-admin this account once the issue has been solved.

If you use a .htaccess password protection for your AdminCP directory, it is recommended that you create a new authorised user for DBTech and remove this user once the issue has been solved.

Please test any temporary accounts you create to ensure that the FTP account has access to the forum files, and that the AdminCP account can access the administrative controls for the product we are assisting you with.

Ensuring this is all in order before submitting the information will significantly speed up the process of assisting you. We will alert you via PM if there's any issues with the login information you have provided.

When sending the PM, for your security you should also un-tick the "Save a copy in my Sent Items folder" checkbox. When the access details have been received, we will delete the PM from our inbox. Ensuring you have not kept a copy of the PM reduces the risk of security breaches.

Thank you for helping us debug our products and allowing us to assist you, we appreciate it :D

Please start your own thread for issues or wait for it to be resolved, it quickly becomes unmanageable if multiple people request help in the same thread. Thanks :)

I'm unable to replicate this issue on your site. Are you able to link me to a file smaller than 300 MB that you can replicate this on?

The issue its when everyone try to download a file. It shows and download 0 bytes instead of the file's size.
And now, the link you have posted, it shows and download 300mb. Before, even with 2gb of ram as limit, was showing when you click to download the selected file, o bytes and the download was failing.
