1. Can the script be visible only in certains forums and not in others?
2. Are users able able to upload files or just admin
3. Can we try do install ourselves and if we cannot ask for professional install by you
4. I will order 1 year license

1. & 2. Permissions are based on usergroups, not forums. You can specify what usergroups can view/upload/download files.
3. You can always purchase the professional install later
4. 3 month, 1 year and lifetime licenses available for all our products I believe
Which new beta are you talking about?

I would highly suggest downloading the free version and running it through some of your basic tests to make sure you like it before you purchase a license.
The product page Ozzy sent you to has the breakdown on what features come with Lite vs Pro

Hi,

I have downloaded the lite version and follow the instructions but I am not able to install the script. So I belive it is better you do the work for us if you can documnent what you did in order to reinstall if needed. The readme file in lite is not clear enough. How can I order both the license and the install. Is there any policy regarding returning the money in case you are no able to make ti work?

It's unlikely we could make the instructions any clearer than are in the readme file to be honest.

Regarding refunds - if we are unable to install the product on your server, and you have not downloaded it manually, then we will process a refund. If you have downloaded the product manually then we would be unable to issue a refund as you would be in possession of the product.

What problem is it you are having? We only accept payments via PayPal - you can use your visa card via PayPal though. It's not possible to give a direct link as it depends on the contents of your cart etc.

Do you know when you will install it in our server?
The info I send is orientative but VBulletin is inside a protected intranet so you need additional information to manage the install
 
Fillip H. is the one who handles the installs, so pm him with any information he will need to install the product.

I would assume it will be soon, it is 6am where he is, so he should be up sometime.

Please we need to contact Fillip H. urgently. After the install the forums are unusable. According to the previous post my understanding ios that in case of no install I will be refunded.

The installation was completed, I have PM'd you stating as much. The issue with your forum style I'm seeing on your forum is unrelated to vBDownloads, as even disabling it does not return the CSS information.

Please understand that due to your "intranet" style login to your forum, it is very time consuming for me to provide support for non-DBTech issues. In addition, support for non-DBTech issues is not covered by any support policies we have in place.

The best way to contact me is via Private Message, I don't personally monitor this thread.

The problem with your forum is an incomplete vBulletin 4.1.9 installation. You are lacking critical files that vBulletin requires to function. Please re-download vBulletin from your member's area and re-upload the files. You will know it is the correct files when the AdminCP copyright footer again produces a link to www.vbulletin.com :)

This is not an issue I am able to assist with any further, sorry :(
