Hello everyone,
Wanted to ask How Do I change the background color of the shoutbox (the b/g color where you type, when i press it *where it turns white*)?

Picture of which "box" i mean:

The input area works off of two StyleVars:
input_background and control_focus_background. The first is before the user selected the input area, and the 2nd is while the user is typing.

The actual shouts' background area works off of the postbit_background StyleVar.

Hope that helps :)

Yep helped me alot!
Thank you so much for this great support :) Much appreciated.

Would also appreciate if you could show me a way like posted here:

but explaining how to add the Shoutbox to vBadvanced CMPS..

Edit2:
Another last question i think, is how do i make the default typing font color to be what ever i want? and that members wont be able to change it?

Thanks.

Please start a new thread for separate questions :)

We unfortunately can't support vBAdvanced CMPS at this time.

The default typing colour is set by vBulletin, we're unable to change it. That's why we use vBulletin default stylevars for the text input areas :)
