Question Remove or hide the YouTube link load section

I'd like to disable/hide/remove the section of the upload images that allows for YouTube links. I'm sure it's just a matter of commenting out some lines in a template however I do not know which template. Or if there's an option in the settings I missed...

If you edit the Gallery instance in the ACP you will see the field Allowed File Types If you deselect Youtube then they will not see the option to upload Youtube files. If you deselect Youtube and URL Images then that bottom section will disappear altogether.
