Question Install Issue

Hi,

I downloaded the software after purchase. Uploaded the files to the site. Went to run the XML but there wasn't a product-dbtech_vbshout.xml for V5 version in the download package? Should I run V4 or am I missing a file?

Our systems show you own a vBulletin 3.8/4.x licence for vBShout. That version does not work on vB5 - we have a separate product for that.

If you intended to purchase a vB5-compatible licence, let me know and I will exchange the licence so you can download the appropriate version
