Bug Inlineimg and commalist incorrect

The inlineimg and commalist are incorrect for sub-categories. Inlineimg isn't resolving correctly, it is displaying a white rectangle instead of the img. This occurs in default and custom themes. Further, there appears to be no commalist used for the sub-categories so all the sub-categories are mashed together without the correct spacing.

The inline image does resolve correctly, try refreshing your browser's cache.

There's also a commalist class applied, so any spacing issues would be down to your skin's customisations being coded too specific to work with this mod. Any customisations made to

.moderators h4, .moderators .commalist, .subforums h4, .subforums .commalist

will also be applied to this mod, however

This issue occurs on an clean default theme as well.

I cannot select that theme on your forum so I am unable to assist in debugging issues with that until you make it available to my user (Fillip H.).

Update: The rectangle is what happens when there's no category image. I've made the appropriate changes to the template to prevent that from happening for v2.0.

I've also added support for the comma_space vBPhrase.
