Been having this issue for a long time just thought to finally figure it out... I disabled a lot of plugins and found it to be Dragonbytes Infopanels that was making it show the page with not user or ip stats

When I disable it I can see who is online again...

Can you please be more specific with what plugin within that mod is causing the issue?

Disable every plugin attached to the InfoPanels product, except for Global Initialisation, and re-enable them one by one.

Hey sorry got caught up with Christmas shopping and working a lot.... I messed around with disabling all the plugins for the site which only after I finally disabled the info panels one the Who's Online would show! I also went and disabled every built addon in the Info Panels and still the Who's Online would only show once I disabled the Info Panels plugin...

I am sure mine is a rare case as nobody else has this issue... It might be something specific to website data am not sure... Only other thing I haven't tried was uninstalling the info panels plugin and re-installing it...

Could you please create and PM me with a temporary FTP and AdminCP account?

For security reasons, we recommend you create a new FTP account only for DBTech support, then disable or delete it after we have both confirmed the issue has been solved and there are no further issues.

The same applies to AdminCP accounts; they should ideally be temporary accounts created for us only. If we have created an account on your site already, you can optionally boost that account to Administrator and then de-admin this account once the issue has been solved.

If you use a .htaccess password protection for your AdminCP directory, it is recommended that you create a new authorised user for DBTech and remove this user once the issue has been solved.

Please test any temporary accounts you create to ensure that the FTP account has access to the forum files, and that the AdminCP account can access the administrative controls for the product we are assisting you with.

Ensuring this is all in order before submitting the information will significantly speed up the process of assisting you. We will alert you via PM if there's any issues with the login information you have provided.

When sending the PM, for your security you should also un-tick the "Save a copy in my Sent Items folder" checkbox. When the access details have been received, we will delete the PM from our inbox. Ensuring you have not kept a copy of the PM reduces the risk of security breaches.

Thank you for helping us debug our products and allowing us to assist you, we appreciate it :D

Fixed, the two plugins named "Who's Online" under the InfoPanels product should not be enabled at this time. Disabling those 2 plugins and your WOL page now works as intended :)

OMFG! lol I would have never thought of looking there oops! Did I enable those or were they enabled by default???

Thanks for fixing it up!

They're not enabled by default, could have been someone else enabling them though or you forgot they were disabled while you were testing the disables - who knows, no matter anyway :)

I wished there were a faster way to enable and disable the plugins that is the main part I hate when you have tons of plugins for vbulletin and my GoDaddy host is so slow...
