Noticed two issues which might be identical. Both apply to at least the league version of the tournament.
When playing a game and finishing a round (i.e. playing two games of three, and submitting the score forfeiting the third game) that when playing again without a page reload that the score from the game isn't submitted to the next game in the round. When refreshing the page and playing each game counts properly to the current round.
The second issue is similar, but seems that when a page has been inactive for a while (around 5 minutes or more) after a game for a round, that playing another game and submitting the score doesn't submit it. This happened on a game that took at least 5 minutes to play after the inactivity period.
