Bug Edit Image Trouble

When editing an image description after hitting the submit button the text becomes unformated.

For example before:

Test text
Second Line
Third Line

After:

Test textSecond LineThird Line

Hope this makes sense, any ideas how to fix?

I'm unable to replicate this issue in the latest version of the modification. Please try either upgrading to the latest version or re-uploading all the files if you're already running the latest version.

Very strange. Maybe browser issue. Will try upgrading to latest Firefox to see if that help.
