Question can user disable chatbox?

Can a user control whether he/she wants to have chat box display?

(Also why do you have a field that asks for the vb version number and then have a prefix for it here in support? Seems redundant, no?)

(Another pet peeve...that like feature you have causes massive page jitter when loading the page for about 10 seconds. It seems to have an issue at least on Chrome.)

There's no per-user shoutbox disable option at the moment, we'll look into it for a future version though

The prefix is to get a general overview, whereas the version number field is to get an exact idea of what version they're running.
