Bug Advanced @User Tagging, Thread tags and Random Questions not displaying in profile

Hello, I'm not sure which versions of the three plugins the site is running, but I know they were purchased. I am writing on behalf of the site owner.

It's basically one problem that seems to be plaguing at least one member on the forum. For example, they have received a notification that someone's answered a random question about them, and when they go to their profile, the Random Questions tab is completely empty. The Thread Tags and Mentions tabs are also totally blank.

It strikes me that it's possible the database entry for this user may have been corrupted in some way. I'd like some help in confirming this, or if it's something else altogether. I have no idea, otherwise.

It might be to do with permissions in some way, or even a conflict with other mods. For example, another mod might apply something to that user but do so incorrectly, thereby removing the text from the tabs. I've had that before with another mod (can't remember what one) and correcting it/removing it solved the problem.

I'd suggest trying disabling a mod at a time to see if that fixes it (do it after a forum backup and with the site turned off to other users).

It's actually a problem with all three mods, and I felt it wasn't right to post the same problem in three forums.

I will look at disabling the mods one by one, but it seems strange that it's only one user who has reported this problem. It doesn't seem to have been repeated on other user's profiles.

What can happen is (as an example) Mod A gives the user in question a 'ribbon' (for want of a better example) that is corrupted in it's HTML output. That then prevents the later mods (Mods B and C) from displaying their data as Mod A's HTML has broken it for them.
