Bug Activity Page Issue

Under Stats > Achievements tab
Page in question: http://mynetfam.com/vbactivity.php?do=achievements

The Activity Page only displays the most recent page feed, no matter which page number you click on. It basically just refreshes the first page.
I noticed there have been no backups created. Could this be why? It's not saving the data?

I tried repairing the cache.

Or could it just need the Level 3 Patch on vBulletin that is already out?

Can you please try temporarily renaming your .htaccess file and then try it again?

If that works, then you need to examine your .htaccess rules and find the culprit that way
