Bug Activity Page Issue

Under Stats > Achievements tab

The Activity Page only displays the most recent page feed, no matter which page number you click on. It basically just refreshes the first page.
I tried repairing the cache.

I also noticed there have been no backups created. Could this be why?
Or could it just need the Level 3 Patch on vBulletin that is already out?
