Hi

After created a folder in upload folder and uploaded my photos there.
I go to the ACP -> Import ACP Mass, the path to that folder appears.
I choose gallery-> then category then i press continue.

This appears:

Warning: imagejpeg() [function.imagejpeg]: Unable to open '[path]/dbtech/gallery/images/upload/1/1/wm/84_1357825389.jpg' for writing: No such file or directory in [path]/dbtech/gallery/includes/class_core.php on line 943

Seems like it tries to upload from upload/1/1/wm/88... even tho i created folder at upload/myfolder/dylan_nude.jpg

Any ides?

Thanks

The answer is obvious, anything that sees a nude picture of me is going to instantly break :)

Seriously though, can you check and see if it was able to create the directories? If not I'd check your permissions.

You want to look and see if you have /dbtech/gallery/images/upload/1/1/wm/
If you do have that, what permissions are the wm folder.
What it's doing at that point is trying to create the new image from one of your original files.

haha! =)

I think i earlier made a mistake by deleted the /1/1/wm/ when i cleaned up some folders with pictures..
Can i just create them again?
my 'Instance Permissions' is all set yes, also all permissions is okey on all upload folder.
I think.. my knowledge is unfortunally very limited.
If you feel it's easier for you to check for yourself instead of describing to me here, i pm you a admin account

Thanks!!

You should be able to recreate the folders manually. You need a folder in the upload folder for the gallery instanceid, the default instanceid is 1, everything else should auto create if you have the permissions correct on there. So you should have dbtech/gallery/images/upload/1/ setup before you try and import another image. You can also try to manually add an image to test it out, it uses the same code to manually add an image as the import code.
If you still have problems send me acp access and either file manager or ftp access to check it out.

For security reasons, we recommend you create a new FTP account only for DBTech support, then disable or delete it after we have both confirmed the issue has been solved and there are no further issues.

The same applies to AdminCP accounts; they should ideally be temporary accounts created for us only. If we have created an account on your site already, you can optionally boost that account to Administrator and then de-admin this account once the issue has been solved.

If you use a .htaccess password protection for your AdminCP directory, it is recommended that you create a new authorised user for DBTech and remove this user once the issue has been solved.

Please test any temporary accounts you create to ensure that the FTP account has access to the forum files, and that the AdminCP account can access the administrative controls for the product we are assisting you with.

Ensuring this is all in order before submitting the information will significantly speed up the process of assisting you. We will alert you via PM if there's any issues with the login information you have provided.

When sending the PM, for your security you should also un-tick the "Save a copy in my Sent Items folder" checkbox. When the access details have been received, we will delete the PM from our inbox. Ensuring you have not kept a copy of the PM reduces the risk of security breaches.

Thank you for helping us debug our products and allowing us to assist you, we appreciate it :D

Works now! Added the 1 folder. The problem from start was cause i didn't fill out 'Userid' when mass importing from admin panel.
Gallery was only open for the admin account. So when leaving 'Userid' blank or filled with a user without permission it failed. So you was spot on with the permissions.
Thanks you alot!
