Epic support Jon, you're The Man :D

I've got someone else who's also a Mac / FireFox user, I'll ask her if she's having these problems. If so, then it's a browser issue and not much I can do about it I'm afraid...

At least not until HTML5 becomes widespread and I can offer a choice between it and the current method. :(

No worries but thanks for ALL the help I'm getting. I really want things to be smooth when we transition my writers to 4.0.

For now I've switched to Chrome and it's working fine...

Dear DragonBytes,

I am preparing to go live at my B5 board over the weekend. Should I download a new instance/package of vBShout 5.2 or does the one I downloaded and installed from my license purchase have all the latest updates/fixes in it?

Thanks and Regards,

Alisa

Any luck with asking your friend about FireFox / Mac sounds in vBShout Pro? I really don't want to give up FF, but have checked every setting I know. Just wanting to find out if it 'tis a browser issue. If so, I can let users know upfront and not have them bug me like I bug y'all.

Thanks Much,

Alisa
