i have translate the front complett in german from TT .. can i export this file was only have the TT in my language ?

Sure it's pretty easy

Admin CP > Languages & Phrases > Download/Upload Languages

Then for download select German as the language, Triple Triad Pro as Product.
Include Custom Phrases: Yes
Just fetch phrases: Yes
Hit download and that's it
