Bug Transition Effects

Hi

I pourchase the VbSlide Pro version.
I can´t run the differents Transition Effects to my slide.
All the parameters are default.
Only run the Default effect ( simple fade ). When I choise another transition effect ( for example scroll top ) , Simple fade remains there and "scroll top" never appears.

I instaled the pro version with brand free, and I uploaded all the pro files and I import the Pro product.

Can you Help me?

Note: Is like I am runing lite version.
I was runing lite version, but I desinstalled it and delete all files. Them, I Re uploaded all the files and re installed xml product.

As you can see from the attached screenshot, the only effect that is currently being loaded is LINEAR.



Could you please create and PM me with a temporary AdminCP account?

For security reasons, we recommend you create a new AdminCP account only for DBTech support, then disable or delete it after we have both confirmed the issue has been solved and there are no further issues. It should ideally be a temporary account created for us only. If we have created an account on your site already, you can optionally boost that account to Administrator and then de-admin this account once the issue has been solved.

If you use a .htaccess password protection for your AdminCP directory, it is recommended that you create a new authorised user for DBTech and remove this user once the issue has been solved.

Please test any temporary accounts you create to ensure that the AdminCP account can access the administrative controls for the product we are assisting you with.

Ensuring this is all in order before submitting the information will significantly speed up the process of assisting you. We will alert you via PM if there's any issues with the login information you have provided.

When sending the PM, for your security you should also un-tick the "Save a copy in my Sent Items folder" checkbox. When the access details have been received, we will delete the PM from our inbox. Ensuring you have not kept a copy of the PM reduces the risk of security breaches.

Can you point me in the direction of how its being loaded onto the home page? I think it might be in the GAB Manager, but I can't figure out where. The issue that I am seeing is ANY changes I make to the slider are not being loaded. Without being able to see how you are getting it in there, I can't troubleshoot it further.

"Prueba Calendario" is a test style.
Like now you have Administrator access, you can see our "final" style that we will launch in the next days and where the VbSlider will be.

The Style is "NEW STYLE BETA 2"

The Vbslider is inserted in the left column with the variable "$show[vbslider_instance1]" .

If you want so see the code, go to Search templates,, "FORUMHOME" in the style NewStyle Beta 2.

Gonna have to do some digging on this one, as I can't figure out why it's not working. I did see it transition proper once or two, but it wasn't consistently doing it. The code all appears to be loading properly, so it doesn't make sense why its not functioning like it should. There are also no JavaScript errors, so there isn't an apparent reason why its not working. My have to pull in Fillip H. to see if he sees something I don't.

Yeah, sorry about the delay. Daughter had a softball tournament all weekend, so I didn't have a chance to look at it. I'll try to look at it sometime today, unless Fillip H. beats me to it.

Well, scroll left, scroll right, and simple fade all seem to work. Still can't figure out why the others don't. Still looking into it..

I'm also entirely unable to figure out why this is not working for you, I've tried everything I can think of to no result. Sorry
