Bug Third Navbar Added on misc.php Pages

I am testing out the 4.2 navtabs on my test site and a third navbar is added on all misc.php pages.
It is working great on all other pages.

That's strange, I don't know why it is doing that, I will have to check it out and report back if I find something.

I don't see vsa rules on vb.org for vb 4.2 only up to 3.8.x

Ok I fixed it on your test site, if you are running this on a live site re download the files and re import the xml, no need to upload the files.

Thank you, and thanks for reporting it, after looking into it I thought I fixed it before, but I guess I changed it back for some strange reason.
