Rate feature brakes table of contents - it's immortal even when is turned off through ACP.

Looks like your templates may be out of date, can you please revert any customised vBDownloads templates? It's not possible for no thumbnail to be added, there's always one displayed.

I'm unable to replicate the issues you're having with the main downloads view.

I'll fix the rating still displaying in search lists when it's turned off

I've also fixed the width issues, CSS tables don't work well with automatic width adjustments it seems.
