Questoin about first line.

I know you guys work hard turning out quality coding, but after paying $150 bucks, is it ok to remove the " Welcome to DragonByte Tech: vBShout!" and if so, how does one do it?

That's what's called a Sticky Notice, and you can do the following to change it:
type /sticky Hello, World! to set "Hello, World!" as your new Sticky Note.

You can also edit it using the /editsticky command.
If you want to remove it altogether, just type /sticky (with no text after it).

Use it to tell your members about something important going on around your forums!
