No, that header means that it's a Lite feature that's missing from the vB5 version.

and it reads for me (and others who linked me to that addon) that it's missing in light...

is there any eta ? because without that I can't really start

IB are just now getting around to being finished with the groundwork for vB5, making them able to do more for addon developers. Once we've gotten some more basic needs taken care of, we'll re-evaluate what's needed to get all of our vB4 functionality ported over and submit the correct requests with them.

In short, there's no ETA unfortunately
