I finally will install vBmail in my portal. But I need explain to other user how he can use it. And yesterday he ask me if we can use a html editor [like dreamweaver] to build the newsletter and copy/paste in vbmail.

And I don't know the answer ... I see in your manual and I don't find the answer to this simple [sorry] question

HTML is always enabled in the CKEditor instance in vBMail - you have to limit who can send emails if you wish to limit this any further
