I does not found any option for Permissions Can View/Can Add User Channel, Only have General setting page?

If So how to handle this Feature ? This mod only for smartphone using user ? This mod useless If does not have smartphone of anyone?

I have removed that section from the description, it was a copy/paste mistake.

This mod requires a smartphone to scan the QR code for Google's "Authenticator" app, yes.
