Question How Do I Flush the Memcached System?

I was setting up vBO Pro on the test board I have in preparation for upgrading from the Lite on my main board last night, and produced a problem...

In setting up the TB I failed to use a new prefix for vBO... resulting in a mixing of the cache between the live board and the TB. I resolved the problem partially by turning off vBO on the LB, and have done so on the TB.

Although I've used two new and different prefixes, the system is still caching the TB when I want to use it on the LB, and even trying to flush Memcached at the server level hasn't fixed the problem.

Any tips/suggestions on how to resolve the problem?

I'll give it a try, but all I've read suggests it will still hold the cache information after it's restart.

I managed to figure this...

In the SSH (has to be done under root I believe):
Code:
killall memcached

Then:
Code:
/etc/init.d/memcached restart

This worked for me, but I'm still evaluating whether I've done anything untoward with it yet... :D

Though vBO is running the site like lightening... :D
