Bug Extremely low amount of points

I just performed the action "Recalculate Points". Everything was recalculated correctly, except one thing. One of my 4.675 members has a total of points of -2499993306.05. After resetting the points and recalculating again, the number was almost the same.



How on earth did this happen and what can I do about it to give him the right amount of points?

Check your Points Settings for anything that gives negative points.

For instance, if you have -10 in the Negative Reputation field, and he has a lot of negative rep, that is the reason.

The only thing with gives negative points, are the infractions. But he has only two of them and many users much more.

Try resetting points first then do a recalculate.

Verify that his points go to 0 before recalculating.

I guessed I solved the problem!

I reset all the points, removed all the criteria with negative points and recalculated everything. Now he has the right amount of points.

The only cirteria with negative points was "Infractions received".
