Legacy Change the name from "Author" to "Uploader"

I recently had many complains from people telling me that i am not the author but the uploader of thsoe mods, and its fair. so i wanted to ask 2 things.

1. can you tell me how can i change the name from "Author" to "Uploader" in the download section ? (temporarty fix)

2. can you include this in your system, cause the author is not always the uploader, for instance here at the lite/free section, maybe David makes it, but I uplaod it, so i shouldnt be credited as author, but uploader.

I want to change the "Author" in 3 places.

1. File listing table.
2. The upload file page.
3. The download file page.

This is entirely possible by editing the phrases. Do a phrase search for phrases with varnames like "dbtech_downloads". That will list all of vBDownloads phrases.

I noticed that you flaged the topic as "Already There", but its not

the search worked, eveywhere is Uploader except in the File Information http://gamemodscore.org/downloads.php?do=download&fileid=66
how can i change that ?

Also, will you in the new version include "Uploader" and "Author" Separately ? with a specific Tagging system so that when you say Author is "x" then x will get 5 credits for it etc . . .

Hrm, for some reason the phrase in a download is using the "author" phrase. You can either edit this phrase or you can open the dbtech_downloads_download template and do the following:

FIND:

{vb:rawphrase author}

REPLACE WITH:

Uploader
