Legacy How do I change a file's author?

Hi there! After a long, long, long time after purchasing I'm finally putting this mod on my site, to prepare for our upcoming new game release and the inflow of new game mods to host. I'm still testing it on my test domain, but for now I have one set of questions. For DownloadsII I am able to change a file's author and uploader, but for vbDownloads author and uploader are a single person and I cannot change it. Is there something I am missing? If someone uploads a file in place of an author who has disappeared, or we want to change who is in charge of handling a file, we don't see to have a way to modify who gets listed as the mod author right now.

Correct, there is nothing built into the product right now to switch the author/owner of a download. It would have to be done through the database.

In that case, I'd like to request a change author function be implemented for the file owner and moderators. Thanks for the response! Expect to hear more from me as I try to figure this all out.
