Bug Advanced post thanks like inactivates board after upgrade

I've just upgraded my test site to vBulletin 4.2.1 in advance of upgrading my main site. I disabled APTL before upgrade, finished the upgrade and switched on; the board ran. I then went back to plugins and re-enabled APTL and it disabled the board.

I'm using APTL 3.0.3; the site tells me the latest version is 3.1.3. Does this work with vBulletin 4.2.1?

There is no code anywhere in APTL that could disable the forum, it sounds like it could be a cache issue with a system like vB Optimise if the opcode cacher (APC, XCache etc) is not flushing the cache correctly.

It works fine on 4.2.1 as you can see on this site
