About ajax threads

Guys i saw in the lite version some people experienced issues with double posting on this product, i had morbid blue skin and double posting prevention mod, may i ask if i get this issues as some users did i can take my cash back to buy another of your products? there is some guarantee on this i mean.

If any issues happen to come up in the pro version:

Refunds:
Refunds can be offered in 2 circumstances:

1) The Lite software works on a version of vBulletin, but the Pro version does not and DragonByte Technologies Ltd will not be able to rectify it.
2) The customer has paid for the product, but not yet downloaded it.

Because of the nature of digital software DragonByte Technologies Ltd is unable to offer refunds under any other circumstances.

Ok i was testing the lite version and this is what i saw:

I created the thread then i used a friend that help me our testing by replying my thread, ofcourse the ajax worked without refresh the page but after he replied i replied and the post of my friend made it double, then he replied again and it shows just 1 reply and not double this time, then i replied and it looks normal now, but i still see his first reply still double, then i just refresh the page and it looks normal now, but it shouldn't work like this.

Before you do that, ensure that you are able to reliably reproduce it (i.e. provide step-by-step instructions that will reproduce the issue 100% of the time).

Without this information (either because it's not provided, or because you can't reproduce it 100% of the time) then I will have to flag it as Cannot Reproduce, because I've never been able to replicate it. There's no way for me to fix something when I can't get it to break, I'm afraid

That's why he is requesting step by step instructions that will reliably reproduce it - if you can give him those he can check it himself. If not then him checking it won't show anything.

Ok here it goes explanation:

You test with 2x accounts, then you create a new thread with account "A", then you use account "B" to reply that thread (which mean second post) if account "A" doesn't refresh the page and then A watch the post of "B" it will looks like a duplicated post, but if after that account "A" refresh the page and see the reply of account "B" again it will looks normal and not duplicated post anymore, thats he visual bug.

Ok the Fillip H. test reply should be duplicated after the post it did, it could be wateched by professor before he make the third post.

Without refreshing the webpage you must keep watching the Fillip H. post, which means you need 2x different pc in order to test it (i gues you are unable to log 2x accounts in same pc i don't know.

I am able to log 2x users on the same computer because I have multiple browsers open. I did not reload the page in any way when making the tests, it was all done using AJAX Threads
