before buy it, i want to ask several questions?

Hello, i'm interested in the vBCredits II Deluxe version, lifetime, but i have questions to ask.

1: does this one has the function to let users spend points to view hidden links?

eg. visitors have to spend like 10 or 15 points to buy the hidden links before they can view it?

2: could users use paypal to buy points?

3: users could post hidden links in the post? visitors have to post reply, then they can view the links

The pro version allows for purchasing currency through any of the vbulletin payment processors (eg paypal)

It also comes with Charge tags, allowing users to post any content within tags and specific a price. Other users click a button on the posts to automatically send the amount asked for and reveal what the content was. Content can include links, and any amount chosen to charge for them.

It does not stipulate posting first to reveal content (as that does not involve currency)

Hi there,

We would recommend installing the Lite version first (this is actually something we lay out in our terms and conditions) to ensure the mod will work on your set up. If Lite works but pro does not you will receive a refund =)

Generally full scale testing is only done when a new version of the mod is released, and it is done on the latest version of vBulletin available at that time. This means it could be quite a while before it is tested on vB 4.1.4 fully.

V ecommerce + vbcredit important pre sale question

I want people to buy points using $$ from paypal.

it seems that vshop doesn't allow people to buy points from paypal, is your v-ecommerce up on sell ?

do you know other ways to do it?

1st, i will use your vbcredit points system

2nd, i want people to buy points using real money, like from paypal

3rd, i also want to sell actual items from my site, so people could buy them using paypal

do you know which one would work?

If you use vBCredits, you can associate the currency you sell via PayPal with vBShop

i don't find where to configure vbshop with paypal?
right now i just find out how to connect vcredit currency with vbshop points. could you please help ?


another question, i'm going to buy both vbcredt deluxe and vbshop deluxe, how could i install them? do i just overwrite all the files?


right now i installed both lite version, it seems work. i think it will take me a while to figure all the functions.

You don't configure vBShop with PayPal, you configure vBShop to use the vBCredits currency that you have configured with PayPal. You need both in order to do that

Paypal configuration in vBCredits is a Pro-only feature

The install instructions are the same as with any other mod; upload files inside upload folder, import XML

I just want to confirm that

VBcredit II deluxe has the following function

1. bb charge code = user have to pay points to view hidden content

2. connected with paypal, so people could buy credits using paypal


vshop pro

1. sell all kinds of items with credits

2. credits currency could connect with vbcredit deluxe edition currency

3. if i want to sell items that requires directly pay from paypal, could this work?

please confirm the above several functions, so i could know that i buy the correct versions.

vBShop does not have functionality to pay directly from PayPal, this is why you need to use vBCredits to buy credits via PayPal.
