vBCredits II Deluxe Compatible with vBulletin 4.2.0?

Hi,

I wish to purchase your vBCredits II Deluxe. May I know if it is compatible with Vbulletin 4.2.0 Patch Level 2?

I need the following to be done with your vBCredits, is it doable?

Point systems add to reputation:
Creating thread: +2 points
Starting thread which get 20 replys within 24 hours: +10 points
Replying thread: +1 points (but for some topics, this will not be applicable)
Refer friends: +50 points

Users also can give points to other users if they find their comments are good and useful. Vice-versa, they can deduct their points also.

With the points,
1.Users can access private / limited topics forums,
For example, some private forums only can be access by users who have points > 500 and above.

2. Or sometimes, under certain topics forums, when users want to post a question/thread, they need to have some minimum points. After posting the questions, some points will be deducted.

3. Users can redeem gifts using the points (optional)

No, but you can give the thread owner .2 credits per reply

Not exactly; users can donate to each other through the postbits but not necessarily only there, also only for positive amounts. History has shown an immense amount of abuse for negatives even when (complex) limits are enacted.

Not exactly; with vBShop you can sell specific forum access or usergroup access, which can be used to purchase for 500 points access to your private forums, but not automatic access simply for having at least 500.

I suggest you try out the lite versions of both on your site and take your time getting it configured to your liking. You can post in the support forums for vBCredits and vBShop if you need specific help with those.

If I try the lite versions now, in future, if I want to upgrade to Pro version, what is the procedure?

1. Do I just key in a code and it will unlock the Pro version?
2. Or just by adding on new files for Pro version to the lite version?
3. Do I need to re-config all the settings again if I upgrade to Pro version?
