I just got vBcredits 2 Pro installed on a new site of mine. I've been running the first version since it's inception on a large site.

I'm not seeing two of the member awards that I find valuable in the old old version...... credits for views of your thread and credit for replies. I like to reward quality posts, not the spammers looking to make credits.

Question: Are there settings that I'm overlooking where I can configure these types or awards?

I also seem to be missing the ability to see or edit credits in each user profile in the adminCP... Was that removed for some reason?

My account does not seem to be able to have any credits, even when I recalc/update my usergroup. The other members of my group (admins) can. Banged my head against the wall for hours tonight.

Thanks

The two awards you mentioned are only in the pro version

Profile display should be there, as long as the display is enabled and you have the corresponding hooks in your profile template.

Is your account set to not earn credits for the currency you are looking at? Target yourself with the recalc tool to see your personal permissions per currency.

I am pro-lifetime and I do not see where to award for views or replies.

I am speaking about the adminCP user profile, I can adjust each member in there in the original version.

I've used the recalc many times, it puts the credits there in the tool, then they just disappear. Only my account. I will target only myself right away and get back to you.

Ok, I can earn and spend credits. I have a zero balance.

Have you gotten my emails?

You'll probably have to add new events for those 2 from the dropdown at the bottom of the events page.

Editing amounts from the user profile has been removed in favor of doing it with the recalc tool, which doubles as an editing tool. If you click the username of anyone found in those results, you can see the transactions and direct totals for editing a specific person all in one page.

Try these patches to fix editing yourself: http://www.dragonbyte-tech.com/threads/3383-Bad-Recalculations?p=19242&viewfull=1#post19242

I have your slow query logs, but havent looked at them since last weekend (will probably look again this weekend)

I applied the new code, recalced myself "[credits]+500" which appeared on that screen, but I actually have 0.

Something to add, when I edit myself under the vbshop currency directly in my adminCP, it stays at that number no matter what I spend in the shop. I return to the recalc screen to view myself and I have 0.

It's as though my currencies are confused.....it appears only to be me though after testing with another account, purchases subtract properly recalcs work as expected. I do not have the shop open to the public.

Ignore this message, I believe I have it sorted.
