Question upgrade

when i upgrade to latest version. will then all tabs i created be overwrited? or stay all tabs i added in it?

All the tabs will remain intact, they will not be deleted.

do i also upload xml again? i did with slider remove old because update xml is not opion and then all was removed :-(

You load the files to the server, and then re import the xml, allowing overwrite.

No you never remove any product xml when you upgrade.

in the plugin part? the old one and the new one. donm't i get it then 2 times in the menu

It will display only once in Plugins & Products --> Manage Plugin menu

What you are seing in the red box in the image below is not from the NavTabs mod it is from the GlowHost - Spam-O-Matic mod you have installed.

The red arrow points to what the NavTabs mod inserts in the footer.
