Question Query about TAGs, filtering abnormal ones in sitemap.

Looking at the sitemap there are some pages that seem to have URL's in the tags. This created an invalid page for GWT.

One being
<url>
<loc>tags/http://www.idcreative.biz.html</loc>
<lastmod>2009-11-24T13:02:59+00:00</lastmod>
<changefreq>daily</changefreq>
<priority>0.6996</priority>
</url>

A normal one...
<loc>http://www.solent-renegades.co.uk/tags/calenders.html</loc>
<lastmod>2009-11-24T13:21:39+00:00</lastmod>
<changefreq>daily</changefreq>
<priority>0.6992</priority>
</url>

Another bad one..
<url>
<loc>tags/http://musclecarfilms.com.html</loc>
<lastmod>2013-01-13T21:42:58+00:00</lastmod>
<changefreq>daily</changefreq>
<priority>0.6996</priority>
</url>
and another...
<url>
<loc>tags/http://play.any.tv/sh2dw.html</loc>
<lastmod>2013-07-24T08:36:54+00:00</lastmod>
<changefreq>daily</changefreq>
<priority>0.6996</priority>
</url>

So my question is... I don't think anyone has manually inserted this tag's, perhaps generated by items on the page. How do I stop these being added to the sitemap. I don't want to not create a sitemap for tags. Perhaps I should just filter out these three manually from the forum pages, How do I find that forum page they are on?

Can you check your "tag" table to see if those URLs are actually in there?

I've not come across that yet, where is the Tag table?

I know about the list of tags at the bottom of a forum thread, but thats the only place I've seen tags.

Done a google search for

site:www.solentrenegades.co.uk http://www.idcreative.biz.html

Found the forum thread it was on and edited the tags, done the same for the other 2. It doesn't appear in the sitemap anymore. Its odd how it ended up in the tags list, someone could have manually popped it in I guess.

Anyway, next time GWT updates I expect this error will be gone.
