First Try re-uploading hotfix to: /dbtech/vbslider/actions/widget.php
@Nirjonadda If that doesn't work I believe there has been a few hotfix's re-upload all files.

Edit:
From another thread with a similar issue.
Please install the Exif functions in order for the mod to work properly.

If you have a WHM based host you can do it via EasyApache, if not you need to contact your host and request they install the extension for you

Nevermind the hotfix, in the Gold version you have to have the Exif functions compiled into PHP in order for the IMG tag setting to work.

Please contact your host and ask them to enable Exif in PHP if you do not have WHM and EasyApache, or another control panel that easily let you recompile PHP with new extensions.

You have to restart Apache and go to your AdminCP and under Maintenance click View PHP Info, ensure you have a bit that says "EXIF Support enabled".

Exif compiled on my server. Now get this error,How To fix this issue?

Warning: fopen([path]/dbtech/vbslider/images/externalimages/blog-826.jpg) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in [path]/dbtech/vbslider/actions/widget.php on line 539

Please try following the instructions in the vBSlider v3.0 Upgrade Notes.txt file and see if that resolves it for you :)

CHMOD /dbtech/vbslider/images/customcontent to 0777.

CHMOD /dbtech/vbslider/images/entexternalimages to 0777.

This is fixed on error page but when I set to Only use the first image inside IMG tags if there is no attachment,Image does not show ,Only show Default Forum Thread Image, where the Option DragonByte Tech: vBSlider – CMS Options and DragonByte Tech: vBSlider – Forum Options? only get DragonByte Tech: vBSlider – General Options,

Are you sure there are actually images in IMG tags or attachments attached to the first post in the threads in question?

Could you please create and PM me with a temporary FTP and AdminCP account?

For security reasons, we recommend you create a new FTP account only for DBTech support, then disable or delete it after we have both confirmed the issue has been solved and there are no further issues.

The same applies to AdminCP accounts; they should ideally be temporary accounts created for us only. If we have created an account on your site already, you can optionally boost that account to Administrator and then de-admin this account once the issue has been solved.

If you use a .htaccess password protection for your AdminCP directory, it is recommended that you create a new authorised user for DBTech and remove this user once the issue has been solved.

Please test any temporary accounts you create to ensure that the FTP account has access to the forum files, and that the AdminCP account can access the administrative controls for the product we are assisting you with.

Ensuring this is all in order before submitting the information will significantly speed up the process of assisting you. We will alert you via PM if there's any issues with the login information you have provided.

When sending the PM, for your security you should also un-tick the "Save a copy in my Sent Items folder" checkbox. When the access details have been received, we will delete the PM from our inbox. Ensuring you have not kept a copy of the PM reduces the risk of security breaches.

Thank you for helping us debug our products and allowing us to assist you, we appreciate it :D
