Bug Plugin not functioning

I installed your lite version several days ago and everything was working fine until last night when the functionality stopped. I stated my problem in bulletin.org thread and one of your techs responded by asking me to clear the cache on mysql. I did this and still encountered the same problem.

I decided to uninstall, purchase the pro version and reinstall. Now the pro version is installed but the issue persists.

The issue is that when a user mentions a member, the mentioned member never receives a notification and it does not register in either member's MENTION tab in their user profile. Also in the post the entire mention dissappears.

I asked you to flush vB Optimise cache and revert any customised templates you may have, is this done as well?

ok, I have installed vB Optime LITE, flushed the cache and reverted my 2 templates. I'm still having the same issue. Tagging people and posts do not work and the post erases the intended tag after submitting post.

What's next?
