Question Members giving each other credits?

Hi Fillip H.,

A member asked me today if he can send some of his DWCASH (our credits) to another member for helping him, and I assumed he could... but he posted back saying he does not have any option to give DWCASH to another member?

The closest option I could find is:

[B]Can Adjust Currencies[/B]
Grants access to arbitrary adjustment with the currency popup.

However this looks more like it will allow them to mess about with others money (IE take and give)?

But I am probably missing something and wanted to know
A) Where the option is
or
B) Is this actually possible.

The event you're looking for would be the Donate event, it allows members to donate credits to each other

Can you just help me with where I find it, or how a member does that...

I found the option in the admin and it is already active...

Hi Mick,

You might also need a Transfer event active, I think they chain together in some way. I'm not rightly sure if I'm honest, I'm not the original developer and it's a bit arcane at this point.

Anyway, in the postbit, next to "Credits:" the amount of credits will be a link. Clicking it opens a popup, where you select the event in the drop-down and enter the amount. Assuming all events are configured correctly and the proper ritual sacrifices have been made, the credits should be transferred correctly.
