Bug Google pop up interference

Tested on Windows XP with IE8 and getting some kind of Google pop up interference (see pic), which I suspect is something to do with a Google add-on that needs to be disabled?

Were you saying this was one user with this issue or your whole moderator group that was having the issue? If it's one user I'd need to try and find out what browser addons they have. Maybe if they have a dictionary tooltip or something?
