Bug The "Rate Threads Event" does not give credits !

Hi

When i use set the event to be "Rate" as in rating threads and make it to give user 2 credit for thread rating it wont work, other aspects are working but this one is not.

I put amount for "rate amount" to be "2" and others are "0".

Here it is, the advanced one i didnt touch.
I have also looked the transaction list, but nothing appeared.

all of the forums are selected, i just tried different methods, thought maybe if i select them all here might work differently, but still the same issue.
