Question Trouble with layout

I've attached some images of the problems I'm having. That will better explain what's going on. You will be able to see the difference from the first image to the second. How do I fix the second image?

The problem in the 2nd pic happens when I click an item from the item shop or gift ship

The layout will be changed with the upcoming new version, and since it's a problem with the custom skin I don't think I'll be able to fix it until then.

Yes it is a custom skin. Do you have any idea when the new version will be out

Very difficult to estimate as Fillip H. will be moving home mid-development, roughly 4-8 weeks though.
