Bug Site down when vbnotification enabled

Hello

Just updated this product ...uploaded new files and get http:500 error ...site is down ...

When product is disabled ...site works fine ...

Had before same product but not same version (1.0.4) and worked fine

Also installed global branding key - maybe that caused problem?

All another products and update works fine.

please some help

Hmm, you'll need to either inspect the error_log file yourself or contact your host and have them make it available to you.

Warning for cPanel/WHM servers: Don't access the error log in cPanel, it's not complete.
On CentOS-based cPanel/WHM servers, the error log is located in /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log - your system may vary.

This is my error in log file in forum root

05-Apr-2013 17:26:30 America/Denver] PHP Fatal error:  Class 'AVATARS' not found in /home/user/public_html/forum/dbtech/notifications/hooks/global_start.php on line 37

and have a lot lines with same error

This has already been fixed, you can re-download and re-upload the file mentioned and it'll be fixed

Just re-downloaded and re-uploaded file and same error when product is enabled.

Some another solution?

Just check on new download ...and lines 35-39 global_start looks so

Try deleting all downloaded files & zips and re-download it, see if that helps

Do not understand .... delete all downloaded files and zips from server? and after upload new files for all my products or just upload new downloaded files for vbnotifications?

I meant delete all zips & extracted directories from your computer, then re-download, re-extract, then re-upload

Again do not understand ...you mean only vbnotification (this is one zip file) or all product zip files what I had purchased (zip files = zips)?
