Question Purchased Pro products not accessible

Hi,

I am facing the same issue again, (which was faced with my previous round of purchases), with the 2 newest mods I have just purchased and these are:

Thread Ratings (Beta) Pro - Branding Free
AJAX Threads Pro - Branding Free

SEOVB.com are saying: > Kindly check the new mods you purchased from DBTech because we are not able to download them. It says "Required Licence Field Info Missing". <

Can you please resolve the issue and let me know that the mods are now available to download. Or, provide guidance to pass on to SEOVB, as necessary.

Hi there,

You need to do the same as with the previous licenses - go to your customer area and fill in the fields for those licenses e.g input your URL of installation.
