Bug Nav database errors and blank screens

I just reinstalled my whole site because of all sorts of database problems. Not from this but needed to be redone.

Anyways now that I am trying to get the site reset. I moved the nav link and I get database errors.

Database error in vBulletin 4.2.0:

Then also under a fresh install. When I click on manage categories, I have a blank page. I have noticed that on your credits mod as well when I click on Activity Amounts Configuration?

This is a bug in vbulletin's incomplete support for navigation entries generated at runtime (as opposed to install).

As for the blank screen - do other items in those admin menus work okay? Check that you uploaded the appropriate files and that you have the admin permissions to access arcade/credits.

Those are the only parts that have the blank screen.. I can see and do everything else in the admin cp.. And yes I made sure I have full permissions.. and no errors are popping up when I goto it.. Just a blank screen.. I even redownloaded the files from here and uploaded to the server?
