OK no errors but there is no images to pic from. I get this massage "Please select a category to choose from: - Cancel"

You need to set up the categories in the acp.

No those are the moods, Manage Categories is what you want. Once you set up categories, you need to assign moods to the categories

Do I need images in maybe my skins folder ?

Ok it is working on your site now.

You can add categories then add the images to them.

I don't know, I un installed the product and re imported the xml. I also imported the default blue images that came with the product.
