Give achievements to members

I wish there was some sort of way to add achievements to SPECIFIC members. I can go to their Profile, click on 'Give Achievement', and select one of the hidden achievements that can only be given by a staff member. This would have been an amazing feature, especially on websites that want to award ONE contest winner for winning a contest or if a member has done a lot of work on the forum (structure-wise) and you want to give an achievement as a 'Thank You' gift.

In that case, I will get the Pro version. lol

You guys should add more detail in your Pro features... I thought Achievements, Medals, and Trophies were all the same thing and the Medals / Trophies were just harder achievements...
