Bug Forum Home not updating after post

The forum home is not updating when I post a new thread or add a post.

DBSEO does not control whether the forum list updates the "Last Post" column (which I'm assuming is what you mean) when you post a post.

DBSEO also has no caching that would interfere with this, you may have another caching system like CloudFlare that caches the entire page.

I think this has to do with moving from vbseo and xcache support to dbseo with no xcache support. Right now I'm only running memcached through vb in the config.php script.

DBSEO supports XCache, when configured via vB's config.php file. Whatever you have set as your Datastore Class, DBSEO will use, with the exception of Filecache.
