Question can users be notified via email when receiving an award?

i gave members awards, although there does not appear to be email notification. is there a way to turn such notification on? i did not see it in the admin panel, user guide, or upon searching here. i am using the pro version of vbactivity. i currently have the forms turned off, although i turned it on when giving out awards, and the result was the same. i have run maintenance as well and issued awards after doing so -- that has not appeared to have an impact.

any ideas?

There is no email notification at this time, only vBulletin notification
