Question BcMath Error but have BcMath

I understand its recommended to have 8.20 installed but I tried lots of versions and get this error, currently been using version 4.2 but having issues with pictures being stretched as the main photo even at 200x200 so was hoping an update will correct this.

You will need to contact your host for assistance, as this is a server-side setting on your end.

You can verify that you have BCMath installed by going to admin.php?tools/phpinfo and looking for bcmath there.

I got it do you know how I can correct this? I did resize them properly I tried a few different sizes I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong
